液压驱动，带有数字显示功能。

具有爬梯及维修平台，并具有安全保护装置。

液压站预留四组阀，预留油缸，信号模块安装位置，用以具备扩展功能。

工作台面上配有落料槽及吹气装置，有效清理废料残渣，提高生产效率。

We choose Omron's PLC and HMI, whichconforms to Ergonomics. And it is pretty easy and convenient for workers to operate the machine.

Various functional parameters, real-time conditions and equipment alarms are displayed on the HMI. What's more, causes of equipment alarms are enumerated on the alarm page of the HMI. It is very convenient for equipment technicians to maintain the equipment.

This machine has the function of judging whether the product is laid stably or notby robot, in order to prevent from damaging the products and the machine itself.

This machine is hydraulic drive. Omron's control system realizes real-time monitoring pressure and flow and pushing accurate data on the HMI.

This machine has a safe ladder, so that equipment technicians can have easy access to the top of the machine for checking the problems. This machine is equipped with many other safety devices.

This machine has very good expansion performance. Hydraulic station has four groups of valves for preparation, if clients need ejections and core pulling on the mold.A hydraulic cylinder is also prepared, including the position where signal module can be installed.

The workbench is equipped with dropping grooves and blowing devices, so as to clear dross effectively and improve the productivity.
